Visual thinking is an effective way to communicate better ideas

As product managers, we have a lot of stakeholders around us, ranging from customers and end-users, to our colleagues such as architects, project managers, and CEO’s.

Good communication skills are essential to get everyone on board and understand our messages.

In my work, I find it useful to communicate workflows and pitch ideas for new product features through drawings containing simple graphic elements.

Let’s have a talk about ways to use drawings as visual notes and a powerful communication tool.

I’ll teach you how to draw basic elements. Everyone can join – it will be fun

J.E.D.I. mind tricks to build better products

You can make a difference! Our goal as product managers is to build products that our customers love. Chances are your customer base is diverse. While we don’t want to build for everyone, we should be aware of the impact our products can have. Hiring a diverse team is a great long-term strategy, but how can you get started right now?

In this session, Lisa will share some tools you can start using right after when you get back to the office to make your discovery and delivery more inclusive.
