DIGITAL COMMUNICATION
Wednesday, November 3
When you say communication, many still think of a somewhat soft skill set. In reality, modern communication is the need of conveying the organizations message to different stakeholders in an effective way across a myriad of channels . This not only requires that we constantly adopt new digital tools and implement automated processes in our execution. It also requires us to implement these into our basic strategic thinking.
This conference track focuses on making our soft - yet powerful - communication skill set work in unison with automation and new ways of collecting and using data.

Noise reduction: audit your content noise and win!
Here’s a new idea for your content strategy: How are you making the meta-decisions about your content decisions? Are you biased? How do you know? Or do you even know?
If you can't recognize your organisation’s biases, they might be creating invisible noise and affecting your bottom line.
In this session, CJ will present an analysis of content bias and noise in context, and give you some practical ideas about how you can address them in your organisation to reduce their effects on your content.

Face-mocracy: The battle with big tech, "old" media and the algorithm of hate
In this session, Martin will take you through the big tech-reckoning and share his view on how organizations can navigate the algorithm of hate
The ethical, potentially shit-storm-invoking aspects of communication will only become more important. Not just for NGO’s and politicians, but for product-centric companies as well.
With social media proving more divisive and harmful than anyone imagined, organizations need to consider their digital presence carefully.
Having worked extensively with big tech regulation, divisive algorithms, online hate and user trust in regard to the platform, Martin explores how organizations and individuals can consider their messaging on different media platforms to stay on the right side of public trust. And history.
Drawing on his work in public relations at the Danish Media Association as well as his own extensive experiences with online hate amidst the latest Danish national election.
