CMS EXPERT

Wednesday, November 3

This was the conference track where CMS analysts, thinkers, practitioners, experts and vendors met, set the agenda for future industry developments, provided feedback and shared thoughts and ideas in an inspiring setting.

We heard about current topics like headless, performance, security and privacy, while also tackling business and content topics. As usual, you could also meet practitioners and hear case studies with an under the hood look at how they have approached CMS.

The conversation continues in 2022 in the CMS Expert Group in Europe and North America

Once in a while, his biggest opponent even being … him.

From platform to solution first approach – about losing your head, but not your mind in a modern DXP world!

Starting or restarting a journey towards a great Digital Experience (platform) has for the last decade mostly begun with selecting a single vendor platform, often spending years building the solution, and then doing it all over again 5 years later in an everlasting cycle towards the next replatform exercise.

However, the rise of Jamstack, MACH and composable architectures completely changes the game allowing a modern DXP journey an entirely different beginning.

Focus on building a sustainable platform that is composable, focusing on time to value and meeting requirements for both developers and practitioners in the same solution is a reality.

In this session, we demystify the journey towards a composable platform, pros/cons and which organizations it's most appealing to. We also cover how this shift can put your engineering team, agency or implementation partner in the role of the trusted advisors on how to create the most sustainable solution.
