Hapag-Lloyd: Robotics Journey’s resemblance to sailing on high tides

Compare it to building a new shipping vessel (RPA platform) for our fleet (our core business) capable of sailing through the treacherous ocean (our IT landscape), using quality material available (IT products we integrated very early ie Jira, Confluence, Statuspage, etc.) and the ability to hire the best engineers to assemble (our approach for ramping up the team was to take experienced specialist from the market).

Since the journey wasn’t as smooth sailing as one would expect taking a proactive approach, Krystian will will highlight the challenges & problems encountered.

Statens Administration: Robotic governance and controls in public sector
